Appropriate Use of Services
Our services are intended solely for educational purposes. Users agree to:
- Engage respectfully with tutors, staff, and other students at all times
- Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide advance notice of cancellation
- Use any shared digital tools or platforms only for educational activities
- Refrain from sharing session login credentials or access links with unauthorized individuals
Respectful Communication
All communications with Intune Group staff—whether in-person, by phone, email, or SMS—must remain respectful and professional. We reserve the right to discontinue services to any family that engages in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward our team.
SMS Policy
1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (301) 328-1458 obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from InTune Group Inc, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Promotions or offers (if applicable)
Example:
"Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with InTune Group Inc. Ruth Mosley on 04/09/2026 at 4:30 PM. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."
3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your appointments, billing, etc.
Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments, account status, offers, promotions and follow-ups."

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from InTune Group Inc in the following ways:
- By submitting an online form (If Applicable)
6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
7- Help:

Violations and Consequences
Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
- A warning or corrective discussion with a staff member
- Suspension of scheduled sessions
- Termination of enrollment without refund, at Intune Group's discretion

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
